Ready for shipment!

Our compact part-turn actuator NK 3015, designed for the adjustment of smaller and smooth-running valves has been ordered by one of our customers in China. The last 300 of in total 500 actuators are leaving Agromatic Regelungstechnik GmbH this week. Before they leave our site in Germany, each actuator is set in both directions and tested before packaging.  Equipped with our electronic position controller ESR-NK the actuators will be integrated into industrial burner systems and will support our customer’s mission to make industrial burning perfect. Agromatic accompanies its customer in becoming number 1 in China’s combustion industry.

Agromatic Fail-Safe-Modul – now available with performance level „d“

Agromatic has developed a fail-safe module that ensures the electrically powered actuators take up a safe end position if the power supply fails or is disrupted. When the power supply is restored, the module switches back to normal operation.
If the power supply fails, the fail-safe module switches to battery operation and moves the actuator to the safe end position selected. During normal operation, the module’s energy accumulator is moved by the supply voltage.
The signals for an internal error ("alarm") and battery operation ("Bat.-Mode") can be queried electrically so that the error can be detected in the process. In addition, these signals are also displayed optically directly on the device.
The required performance level must be determined for each safety function that must be performed by the safety-related parts of a controller.
On the basis of our existing fail-safe module, we have now brought it to the second-highest performance level "d".
Every fail-safe module with performance level "d" is subjected to a 48-hour long-term test before delivery, so that we have checked its 100% functionality.

Actuators with Bluetooth - always well connected

The Agromatic Regelungstechnik GmbH from Oerlinghausen is a highly specialised developer and producer of electric actuators. Since the company has extended its sales activities during the last two years, customers have been in direct touch with the development and design department to introduce their needs, which brought up optimizations and new developments.

One topic that was repeatedly discussed was a flexible use of a single actuator; reason enough for Agromatic, to meet these requirements by its customers.

The latest development that will be introduced at the DIAM exhibition in Leipzig combines a flexible actuating time that can be selected by the customer with the comfortable setting of the actuator parameters via the Agromatic App operated by smartphone or tablet.

The Agromatic app communicates with the actuator via Bluetooth. Thus, actuating times of 2 s/90° up to 15 s/90° can be realised, which makes the adoption to customer applications enormously easy and comfortable.

Quite often the pre-settings from the supplier need to be adjusted again – related to actuating time, swivel range or related to both parameters. But how can these parameters be adjusted if the actuator is already fixed to a machine or plant in 3 meters height?

The Agromatic App enables a parametrization during the set up of the machine as well as a change of the parameters during the operation of the machine or plant.
