Spare parts / replacement actuators
For all actuators of the series nT 25, NK, NL, N, NEx, NV, K, KA, V* we can deliver spare parts or a replacement actuator. Please contact our Sales department and quote the serial number of the existing actuator with all your inquiries.
The serial number S/N (for all actuators manufactured from 2014) or Fnr. (up to end of 2013) can be found on the respective rating plates.
* former designations: nanoTurn, WAN, WAK, WAK-A, WAV
Repairs
For repairs, we ask for prior information by email, giving details of the serial number and the fault that has occurred.
You will receive an RMA number promptly from our Service team, which is used to process the repair quickly and clearly. Unfortunately we cannot accept actuators returned by freight collect!
Warranty case
In case of warranty you will receive a pick-up order from us together with the RMA number. Using this, you can return the defect actuator free of charge to our Service department.
